1. Who is responsible
Hanna Active Intelligence Inc. operates Hanna Financial Active Intelligence. Our registered office is in Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 1J3, Canada. Contact emma@hanna-ai.ca or +1 365 654 3600. Emma is our AI assistant. Address privacy correspondence to the Hanna team through this mailbox.
2. Information you give us
Our demo form collects your name, work email and company, together with any phone number, areas of interest, module selections and message you choose to provide. Access requests collect your name and email. We store the submission time and IP address with these requests. If you contact us by email, we receive the contents and contact details in that correspondence.
3. How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demonstrations, understand your requirements and manage follow-up. Submission records help us track requests and investigate problems or misuse. A demo request does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Website storage and measurement
The website uses browser storage to remember appearance and privacy choices. Optional first-party measurement counts homepage views, module visits and demo interest only after you allow it. These event counts do not contain your name or email and are retained for up to 90 days. Measurement is currently disabled while a single website design is in use. The website does not load advertising pixels. You can revisit Privacy choices in the footer or clear browser storage. Technical request information may also be processed by our hosting and network services to deliver and protect the site.
5. Personalised demo links
An invitation may contain a temporary link that fills in your name, email and company. The link uses a random token rather than placing those details in the address. The token expires after seven days and is removed from the address bar when the form opens. Anyone you forward that link to may be able to see the prefilled details while it remains valid. You can edit or remove them; opening a link does not submit the form.
6. Who receives information
Enquiries are stored on our website server and shared with the Hanna team through email notifications. Hosting, email and related service providers process information to operate these services. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law. We do not publish enquiry details on the website.
7. Where information is processed
The website runs on Microsoft Azure in Canada. Email delivery and other connected services can involve processing outside Canada, where information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Canadian website hosting does not mean every connected service processes information only in Canada.
8. Retention and safeguards
Enquiry records are kept for follow-up and related business, security and legal needs. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to enquiry records. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific record. We use HTTPS for the public website and restrict access to stored submissions. No transmission or storage system is risk-free; do not send passwords or client financial records through the demo form.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask for access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern by emailing emma@hanna-ai.ca. We may need to verify your identity. Legal obligations or other applicable exceptions can limit what we can provide or delete; we will explain any such limitation. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
10. Information within customer workspaces
This notice covers the public website and business enquiries. Financial records and other information within a customer workspace are handled in the context of that customer’s service agreement, enabled integrations and instructions. For a request about a record held by your financial firm, contact that firm. We can help route an enquiry when needed.
11. Updates
The date at the top identifies the current notice. We update it when website practices change and seek consent for new uses where required.
